Ruchi, Jer, and JAMES explain weird California Ballot Propositions to Scott

Awesome guest star James helps us figure out this year's California Ballot propositions! Scott's mic was super loud on this one, sorry!! =[ Here's the summary! Prop 2 YES. Prop 3 YES. Prop 4 YES. Prop 5 YES (though Ruchi has reservations). Prop 6 YES. Prop 32 split - Scott and Ruchi say yes for warm fuzzies, Jer and James say no because reasons. Prop 33 NO (22 year-old Ruchi would vote yes). Pop 34 NO (but Scott's a yes to spite the AIDS Healthcare Foundation). Prop 35 and 36 both NO - because Jer's Iron Rule of California Ballot Propositions.
